Hand and Flowers in Marlow
My Review – The Hand and Flowers – 6th July 2018 was our wedding Anniversary. So Kevin surprised me for an over-night away and dinner at Hand & Flowers in Marlow. This was own second time there. They were very kind, making us feel very special. Having an Anniversary Card waiting for us on our table. Another a little surprise, was when our desserts came out. They were decorated with chocolate writing saying “Happy Anniversary”.
It may still look and feel like a pub, but it is now a cleverly reworked classy restaurant. Respecting great British ingredients, that have strong French influences. Designed by Chef Tom Kerridge’s. First ever pub to receive two Michelin stars.
Walking into this amazing restaurant we were greeted by a Lovely hostess. Who guided us to a table in their bar area. Along with a couple of menus for us to look at before dinner. So we started with cocktail’s having Pirates Of The Caribbean, (cocktails are £15.00 each). Hand & Flowers has a huge Wine & Champagne selection. Which will suit all tastes starting at £28.00 upwards
They change their menu regularly. This is good as it keeps this restaurant fresh and up to date. The Hand & Flowers offers A’La Carte, Set Lunch & Sunday Lunch.
Booking at The Hand and Flowers is luck too be honest. As it is such a popular restaurant, I booked 3 months ago. I managed to get a table for 9.30pm but it’s is totally worth every trouble!
