Mood Beach Club Puerto Portals Mallorca
The Independence Of The Seas docked at Palma Port on the 16th August 2018. I knew that we had only 9 hours in Mallorca. As you can imagine booking for 14 people, whose ages were 14 to 74 years old. This was not an easy job, trying to keep everyone happy. I searched the internet and found Mood Beach Club Puerto Portals Mallorca. Lucky for me friends that have been to Mood beach club many times. Could not praise this place enough.
I pre-booked back in April 2018 via email to Mood Beach Club Puerto Portals Mallorca. Angela from Mood Beach allocated us 7 Balinese type beds. A welcome drink of freshly squeezed orange juice or water. A mood beach towel per person. Exclusive use of the swimming pool and a glass of Cava. The beach club opens at 11 am and closes at 6 pm. The cost of this was €49.00 per person.

Palma Port Cruise Terminal, you cannot miss the taxis straight in front of you, as you leave the building. Getting into a taxi was easy, giving them the address of Mood Beach Club Puerto Portals Mallorca. It took 10-15 minutes depending on traffic, costing us €15.00 – €18.00 per taxi.
Angela from Mood Beach Club knew we would be at the beach club far too early. Suggesting for us to take a 10-minute walk down to Puerto Portals Harbour. Where you will find the super Yachts, a small beach, restaurants and designer boutiques. The Tennis Club next to Mood Beach, where you can enjoy a coffee. Waiting for Mood beach to open if you get there too early.
MOOD BEACH CLUB
Walking up a small flight of stairs, (a disabled ramp is next to the stairs) you enter Mood Beach super cool & stunning reception area. Our beautiful hostess guided us to our beds taking us passed the toilets, kitchen, and indoor bar area. Being shown to 6 king-size beds around the pool and 1 king-size bed, over-looking the ocean and beach. Their beds were very spacious and comfortable. Giving you lots of space around the beds to move around. Their towels were very large with, mood beach logo, clean and flurry.
The beautiful pool that welcomes you as you step down, cooling yourself down slipping in to complete calm and relaxation. We all felt very lucky to be in this unique beach club. Their staff could not have been any more attentive and helpful. The beach club is spotless, the toilets to the pool area, its sparkling clean.
There is a wonderful cocktail list, which is a must! I decided to go for a Killing Princess, a delicious short glass cocktail that went down far too easy. What’s in this cocktail:
Vodka, Passion Fruit, Lime, Orange, and Cranberry Juice.
Mood Beach has a lovely restaurant overlooking beautiful turquoise waters of the Mediterranean. We had two tables with comfortable chairs all in white giving the area a clean super sleek feel. Sitting at the tables enjoying the magical views. We a lovely smooth Rose, Vino Rosado De La Casa. Mood Beach has a great choice of foods. Having starters and mains no-one could manage a dessert, as you get good size positions. Food always came out of the kitchen piping hot.
Mood Beaches food was of very high quality, along with their service which was very impressive. Never felt rushed or like anything was too much bother. For me, Mood Beach Club is better quality and has a wonderful staff base.
We honestly did not want to leave Mood Beach. This was my favourite docking day, on our Royal Caribbean Cruise. For me personally, I cannot wait to return to Mood Beach Club Puerto Portals Mallorca.
