It’s been a super tough week for me on The 1-1 Diet – Week Three. I have had lots of celebrations as my twins have just turned eighteen. There’s been parties with alcohol and going out for lavish dinners to Smiths in Ongar Essex. Therefore keeping on the diet has been very hard. But I’m happy to report I have not put on any weight. And my inch loss has stayed the same. So that 8 pounds down and over eleven inches off my body mass in 3 weeks.

You can customise your own meal plan, that suits your needs. We are not sheep and everyone has different needs in a diet. I think what we need to do first is to change our relationship with food. The 1-1 Diet – Week Three
All the products on the diet have been researched and tested by the very best nutritional experts. To make sure you get all the vitamins and minerals your body needs for a balanced diet and for weight loss. Plus I can put a hand on my heart and say I really enjoy all the meals.

Prices do vary from Consultant to Consultant, but on average, you will pay around £2.40 for a meal. So weekly cost you can expect to pay £50.40 based on 3 meals a day and your weekly one-to-one consultation and weight-in.

2 Tbsp lime juice
1 small red chilli, finely chopped.
2 tbsp of fish sauce.
1 tbsp light muscovado sugar.
3 Shallots finely sliced.
85g Roasted salted peanuts, finely chopped.
2 Green mangoes or 3 ganny smith apples.
2 tbsp chopped mint.
1 tbsp of sunflower oil.
200g pack raw shell-on headless prawns.
2 little gem lettuces.
2 spring onions.
Let’s Get Started.
Mix together the lime juice, chilli, sugar & fish sauce in a large bowl of your choosing. Now add the shallots and three-quarters of the roasted peanuts. Once mixed please cover and set aside for up to 4 hours.
Peel and grate the mango and apple, then stir into the mixture along with the mint. Heat the oil in a large frying pan or wok. Add the prawns and stir fry quickly until evenly pink.
Shred the lettuce leaves on a serving plate and spoon the salad mixture in the centre. Placing the prawns on top. Now scatter over the remaining peanuts and spring onions.
