Welcome to my Monday beauty review on Benefits of Hopi Ear Candle. The ear candling is a traditional therapy, that dates back to the Ancient Greeks. And the word Hopi means “peaceful people”. In this post, I will be giving you information about my experience that I had done at GLO Beauty & Tanning by Emileigh.
Removing wax, bacteria and other debris from the ear.
As you know, I’m a blogger and also work atGlo Beauty & Tanning in Billericay Essex. Therefore, I do not pay for my treatments. But I would only write about effective treatments I honestly felt that undoubtedly worked for myself.
The treatment takes between 20-30 minutes and is delightfully peaceful and relaxing. I laid down on my right side fully dressed, on a heated bed. The room was dark with peaceful music playing. My head was supported by a pillow, so the ear canal is vertical.
The specially designed hollow Hopiear candle was placed precisely inside my ear canal. Your therapist will just if you are relaxed. The hand-made structures are hollow tubes which are produced from sage, honey, camomile and St Johns Wort.
The candle is then lit and the Hopiearcandle gentle vacuums and draws the wax and impurities from the ear. The movement and compression between the ear and the candle that acts like an air-flow like a chimney. The burning action that is infuses the herbs and essential oils into a vapour. This performs as a kind of a little message that softens any impurities. You may hear a crackling sound and even a gentle popping. When the candle had burned out, it was placed to one the side and I was turned over. For the next candle in the opposite ear.
After the treatment, Emileigh cut open the ends on the Hopi Ear Candles to see what had been removed from my ear. I felt less congested and clear-headed.
Benefits of Hopi Ear Candle – Should not be used if there is any inflammation or infection in the ears and it’s is not suitable for people with grommets and recent ear surgery.
